恩里科·卡尔迪莱（Enrico Cardile，1975 年生于阿雷佐）于比萨大学取得航空航天工程学位（2002 年），毕业论文围绕法拉利风洞，并在毕业后与法拉利合作研究约三年。2005 年正式加入法拉利，先负责 GT 赛车空气动力学，2016 年转入 F1 车队任空气动力学开发主管，逐级晋升至整车项目经理、底盘领域主管，2023 年成为底盘技术总监，参与从 SF70H 到 SF-24 的多款赛车。2024 年 7 月辞职，经与法拉利的竞业／法律纠纷及整年园艺假后，于 2025 年 8 月 4 日入职阿斯顿·马丁任首席技术官，与 Adrian Newey 共同备战 2026 新规。Aston Martin 技术架构核心之一。
