剑桥大学机械工程硕士，2009 年底毕业后以学生实习身份加入红牛车队，数月内转为仿真与建模工程师，约 2011 年转入策略部门，长期担任高级策略工程师并自 2017 年起进驻赛道现场负责实时策略。2021 年晋升首席策略工程师，是红牛从作战室到指挥墙策略链条的核心，统筹比赛日轮胎、进站与实时决策；2026 赛季起升任赛事策略主管。被普遍视为 F1 最成功的女性工程师之一。策略工程师 / 策略师层级，非车手 race engineer；负责进站窗口、轮胎模型、对手行为建模与实时概率决策。
