保罗·莫纳汉（Paul Monaghan，1967年10月生于英国，绰号"Pedals/踏板"）毕业于赫特福德大学机械工程专业（约1989年本科、1990年硕士）。1990年加盟迈凯伦，在设计室与数据工程岗位工作约十年；2000年转投贝纳通/雷诺，先后担任Jenson Button与Fernando Alonso的比赛工程师，助阿隆索取得2003年首胜。2005年经乔丹/米德兰短暂过渡后，于2005年底红牛进入F1时加盟，初任比赛与测试工程主管，2009年前后转为工厂岗位，现任整车工程首席工程师，是红牛崛起为多届冠军的核心技术人物。2025年9月获赫特福德大学工程学荣誉博士。负责把赛车概念转化成赛道可执行性能。
