皮埃尔·瓦凯（Pierre Waché，1974年12月10日生于法国奥谢勒）拥有洛林国立理工学院流体力学博士学位，博士方向为生物力学（血细胞与血流相互作用），并曾在美国佐治亚理工学院进修。2001年以米其林F1轮胎工程师身份进入赛车界，2007年转投宝马索伯任车辆动力学性能工程师，宝马退出后于2010年升任索伯车辆性能主管。2013年加盟红牛车队任首席工程师，同年底升任车辆动力学主管/性能总监，2018年起担任技术总监。Adrian Newey于2024/25年离队后，他成为红牛技术体系的核心与唯一技术负责人。Red Bull 赛车技术方向最高负责人。
