Research notes
Adam Kenyon studied Engineering at Cambridge University before earning a PhD in Aerodynamics from Imperial College London. He entered F1 in 2008 as a CFD Engineer at Red Bull, then moved to Lotus in 2011 as a CFD Aerodynamicist, rising to senior level. He joined Mercedes in 2013 as a Senior CFD Aerodynamicist, and was promoted to Aerodynamics Group Leader in 2018, a role he held until 2021. He joined Williams in May 2021 as Head of Aerodynamic Science, was promoted to Chief Aerodynamicist in 2022, and was promoted again to Head of Aerodynamics in April 2024.
