A freelance race engineer with over 20 years of single-seater experience, a graduate of Politecnico di Milano. He started out in the late 1990s as an F3000 data engineer (Durango, GP Racing) and also worked in DTM and the ETCC touring car championship;
from 2003-2012 he worked at video game developer Milestone on racing game development, rising to vice president. He returned to trackside work in 2012, going on to hold roles as chief engineer at Lazarus in GP2/GT, at Ferrari Challenge, as a Venturi Formula E consultant, and as a race engineer at Trident in F2, before joining PREMA in 2018 as an F3/F2 race engineer. His LinkedIn shows him as a race engineer at Prema Racing (since 2018), with over 20 years of single-seater experience, having worked at Trident/Lazarus (GP2/F2), Venturi Formula E, Rossocorsa Ferrari Challenge and several F3000 teams, and a graduate of Politecnico di Milano;
