Josep Roca is a Spanish mechanical engineer currently serving as Head of Operations at Jaguar TCS Racing (Formula E). He started in 2007 at SUNRED as a race engineer for ETCC and GT Open campaigns, then joined Williams F1 in 2011 as a Mechanical and Simulator Race Engineer, moving to Williams Advanced Engineering in 2014. In 2016 he joined the Jaguar electric vehicle project as a founding member, serving as Mitch Evans' Race Engineer for approximately eight years (the first 114 races, making them the longest-serving engineer-driver partnership in Formula E history, with a combined 13 race wins). Around 2024 he was promoted to Head of Operations.
