Matt Crossan currently serves as Lead Engineer for Performance Applications at Mahindra Racing. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical and Materials Engineering from Western University, during which time he helped Western Formula Racing build and race six formula cars. After winning the INFINITI Engineering Academy (Best Canadian Engineer), he joined Renault, working as an F1 Simulation Engineer for the 2017-2019 seasons developing lap simulation tools, before joining Mahindra Racing in 2019.
