Mathieu Neuville is a dual French-Belgian engineer who became chief engineer (LMH) of Peugeot Sport's WEC Hypercar programme starting in the 2026 season. He is a graduate of France's ESTACA engineering school and holds a Master's in racing aerodynamics from the University of Southampton, UK. Before joining Peugeot, he worked on Toyota's (TMG) LMP1 programme, progressing through wind tunnel aerodynamics, trackside aerodynamics and finally performance engineer;
at Peugeot he served as a performance engineer and then race engineer for car #93 (2024-2025), before being promoted to chief engineer in 2026.
